Frequently Asked Questions

Below are Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) about Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) and Beyond Quantum Healing (BQH). If you have a question about QHHT, BQH, or my services that is not answered in these FAQs, please send me an email at contact@garnetschulhauser.com.

1. How long is the session and what does it cost?

QHHT session (in person only): 4-5 hours. The cost is $300 CDN ($225 US).

BQH session (online): 4-5 hours. The cost is $300 CDN ($225 US)

These fees can be paid in cash or by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, or Interact e-transfer.

2. How many sessions will I need?

Most people need only one session, but follow-up sessions can be arranged if new issues arise.

3. Can I have my spouse, a relative, or a friend with me during the session?

No one else can be present during the session because it is a confidential discussion between us, and having another person present may alter the energy in the room and prevent you from going into a deep trance. If someone else is driving you to an in-person session, they can drop you off for the session and pick you up when it is over.

4. Do I need to prepare for my QHHT or BQH session?

Yes. Please refer to the instructions under the Session Preparation tab.

5. Where will my QHHT or BQH session take place?

Your QHHT session will take place at my home in North Saanich, British Columbia, which is near Victoria on Vancouver Island, in a quiet and private room set up for the sessions.

Your BQH session will be done online from the comfort of your own home using the ZOOM meeting interface. See Session Preparation for information on the technical requirements.

6. How do I schedule a QHHT or BQH session?

Sessions are available every day of the week, including weekends, starting at 9:30 am or 1 pm (Pacific time). QHHT and BQH sessions can be booked by clicking on the appropriate link on the sidebar to this page.

7. What happens in a QHHT or BQH session?

The first part of the session is the pre-trance interview, when you tell me about your life, and we get comfortable with each other. After this you will be induced into a deep hypnotic trance that will allow you to visit one or more past, future, or parallel lives and then contact your Higher Self. The last segment is the post-trance review, when we will discuss what happened during your trance.

8. What is the Higher Self?

The Higher Self (also known as the Higher Consciousness, the Oversoul, the Universal Mind, or the Subconscious) is the all-knowing, higher part of our consciousness that dwells in the Spirit Realm and is always connected to the Source (God). The Higher Self has limitless knowledge and can answer any question you pose if it is appropriate for you to know the answer at this time. The Higher Self knows you better than you know yourself, and its wisdom can provide divine enlightenment to help you enjoy a meaningful life.

9. Can everyone be hypnotized during a QHHT or BQH session?

Every one of us naturally enters a light hypnotic state when we daydream or zone out when watching TV or reading a book, and we achieve a much deeper trance (the somnambulistic or theta level) just before we fall asleep and again just before we wake up. This means that almost everyone can be hypnotized during a QHHT or BQH session. Exceptions may occur if a person believes they cannot be hypnotized and resists the induction or if the person has a strong “left brain” orientation.

(The “left brain” is more verbal, analytical, and orderly than the “right brain”. It’s better at things like reading, writing, and computations. The “right brain” is more visual and intuitive. It has a more creative and less organized way of thinking.)

During your QHHT or BQH session, I will guide you to the theta level of hypnosis (which is deeper than the alpha level of hypnosis typically reached with traditional hypnosis) using visualization, imagery, and verbal directives. It is in the theta level of trance that your Higher Self can be contacted to answer your questions.

10. Will I lose control in a session? Can a session be dangerous in any way?

You will never lose control over what you say or do while in a trance, and you can stop the process at any time. You will never act against your best interests or values or say anything that would leave you vulnerable or exposed.

Hypnosis is very safe and can be considered a state of hyper-awareness. Anytime there is an emergency, a person would naturally be able to come out of the hypnotic state by simply opening their eyes or sitting up.

11. Will I remember anything?

You will not be asleep and may remember some of the experience. Even if your conscious mind believes it remembers the session, those memories will soon fade away just like the details of a dream.

I will make a digital recording of your trance session, which I will transfer to a USB flash drive that you bring with you, or I will transfer it to your email for online sessions. This will allow you to listen to your session over and over in order to glean all the information that is important to you.

12. What engenders the healing?

Quite often mental and physical ailments are linked to challenges and experiences in a person’s current life, or they may arise from trauma or other events in past lives, and the Higher Self can reveal the origin of these maladies and may provide relief from those afflictions if it is appropriate for the client.

If the Higher Self agrees, healing can occur immediately or over a period of days or weeks, without any discomfort to the client. In many cases, once the Higher Self reveals the source of the affliction or psychological disorder a release occurs in the subject’s body and mind, and that condition will dissipate. When and how the healing occurs is entirely up to the individual and how they deal with the information they receive.

13. Does healing happen every time?

In all cases before healing can occur, an individual must have a sincere desire to eliminate the affliction. The healing will not happen if it would interfere with the lessons they had planned for their life before incarnating. And if a condition is the result of abuse or lack of care for the body, and the person has no desire to change, the Higher Self will know that there is no point in healing the condition if the subject is just going to resume the pattern of abuse once again.

Even if an individual professes the desire to be healed, the possibility of healing is lessened if the individual does not truly believe it can occur, or if there is a deep-rooted need to hold on to the disease because it forms part of the individual’s identity in this lifetime. Some individuals actually define themselves through their disease, although they would never admit to this to anyone.

Every person will receive exactly what the Higher Self deems to be appropriate for healing at this time in their life.

In order to achieve the best results, it is important to arrive for a QHHT or BQH session with no expectations.

14. Can I rely on QHHT or BQH instead of medical care?

No. Neither QHHT nor BQH is a replacement for professional medical diagnosis, advice, or treatment. You should never disregard or delay professional medical care because of anything contained in this website or that happens in a session. You should promptly seek treatment by a qualified healthcare provider for any afflictions or ailments you may have.

QHHT and BQH should only be considered as a supplement to the care you receive from your medical professional.

15. What if I don’t believe in reincarnation and past lives?

You do not have to believe in reincarnation and past lives in order to experience a successful session. When we talk about “past lives”, it does not matter if you believe they were actual events or just your imagination creating a story or metaphor. The important feature of a QHHT or BQH session is that you can gain valuable insights from your Higher Self to allow you to grow and heal in ways that will pleasantly surprise you.
